  • TNT APRIL 18

    The TNT for tomorrow evening , April 18, is taking place. The lake is back open from the high water, but we do have a few obsticsals to contend with. The pier at the Public ramp is partically distroyed and the pier at Barrons is damaged also. This will slow down launching and loading. Please help each other ,especially if you see any anglers by themselves.

    Also, make sure your running lights are on and working when you come in. If your lights do not work you must quit fishing early enough to get to the ramp before it gets late. See yall at 4:15 tomorrow

  • TNT IMPORTANT NOTICE 4-10-24

      The TNT scheduled for April 11 is rescheduled to next Thursday April 18 due to lake closure. This means we will fish April 18 and April 25

  • Caddo Lake fishing times

    Times for this saturday on Caddo Lake are as follows.... 

    Start fishing at 6:45 a.m.

    Lines Out by 3:00 p.m.

    Ckd in at Bag Line by 4:00 p.m. 

    WeighIn is at Cash Magic Hwy 1 and Hwy 2

  • Caddo Lake OFF LIMITS!

    This a clarifiation for this Saturdays tournament. There will be no fishing above the Hwy 43 bridge on the Texas side of the lake because you are no longer in Caddo lake and the laws change. Also , no fishing above the Hwy 2 bridges up Jeems Bayou because there is no defined line showing when you cross the Louisiana/ Texas line.  We will announce the fishing time here on the New Section by Thursday.

  • ATTENTION!!!

    Just a reminder  to all teams about the Off Limits area around the bridge ... No fishing from the B L Haven boat road down to the Chandlers boat road, and 40 yardss east and west of the actual bridge. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW THESE BOUNDRIES SO IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTION CALL ME BEFORE YOU FISH IN THAT AREA

  • Black Lake March 23, 2024

        The Black Lake event is Saturday March 23, please dont miss entering so you can fish the June Championship.  I will be at Black Lake Haven  Saturday morning taking late entries.

        First cast is 7:00 a.m, lines out  by 3:00 and be in the bag line by 3:30  Also. THE BRIDGE AREA  IS OFF LIMITS TO FISHING. That  is from the boat lane coming out of Black Lake Haven south to the boat lane coming out of Chandlers Camp, in line with the ends of the bridge. Ant questiona, do not hesitate to call me.   • Toledo Tourn Update 3-1-24

    If youve entered the HWTT tournament for March 2, remember 1st cast at 6:45  ALSO., IF YOU ENTERED THE SIDE POT GO TO THE RED  TAB TO THE LEFT THAT SAYS 2024 SIDE POT AND MAKE SURE WE HAVE YOUR  TEAM LISTED!  As entries come in today we will up date this list. We cannot do the pairings till tomorrow morning when all entries have been taken.  Go to the Toledo Tournament roster to make sure you have your team number.

  • March 2, 2024 Toledo Bend Tournament

       Attention Anglers...... another year under way for H & W Team Trail, This Saturday on Toledo, weigh in at Converse Ramp.  First cast will be at 6:45......lines out by 3:00 and be checked in at the bag line by 4:00. Please know your team number when you check in, you will keep this number for all 4 qualifying events.  Remember, no using electronics ( except for navigational purpose) before the start fishing time of 6:45 a.m.

  • Boat Show Tournament

       There will be a Boat Show at the Fairgrounds Feb 2-4. H & W will be doing a 2 Man Team 2 Bass Tournament on Saturday Feb 3. Entries will be at H&W by Friday Jan 26.

        There will not be a crappie division because of participation issues. Also, due to State regulations we will only be able to return fish to Caddo and Bistineau. Any fish caught at Toledo, Black Bayou, Grand Bayou or Black Lake will be returned to the anglers and will become their responsibility. 

        There will be a registration and Rules Meeting Friday at the Fairgrounds in the Ag Buildings. Any questions please call me at 318 465-6453

        With the up coming Boat Show the staff at H & W is wide  open cleaning and hauling boats to the Fair Grounds. So......any teams trying to enter either the Boat Show Tournament or the up coming Team Trail this weeks need to do so by calling me. I will take care of all entries untill after the Boat Show.
